If you wish to return your product, please contact us before sending the item back by email: Hello@socommon.dk. Where you describe and show with a photo the reason for the return.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost during transport, all complaints must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Claims that are considered to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Incorrect Address – If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and where applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that have not been collected will be returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

If you have not registered a, name, address and mobile number and added a billing method, you hereby agree that all returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or unclaimed shipment will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense (without us issuing a refund).

So common does not accept returns of sealed items such as but not limited to face masks that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned face mask orders will not be available for reshipment and will be disposed of.

Notice to EU consumers: Pursuant to Article 16, letters c) and e), of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be covered by:

1. delivery of goods that are manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were canceled after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons,

So common therefore reserves the right to refuse returns at its own discretion.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
